Bobby, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to tell everyone about the exciting changes your personal training has made in my life!

My husband and I first met Bobby Cannon in August 2009. Having developed plantar fasciitis in both feet, I was forced to quit walking the usual five hours per week in our neighborhood and needed to explore new ways to exercise. I thought I was in pretty good shape and ate healthier than just about anybody I knew. During our initial assessment with Bobby, I was shocked to learn my percentage of body fat. He gave us some great ideas to improve our diets and created a five day per week workout plan incorporating cardio and several machines in the gym.

During my first personal training session with Bobby in December 2009, I had shortness of breath and poor balance after doing just a few squats and lunges. The doctor sent me for a cardiac stress test that, thankfully, turned out normal. My husband and I started training regularly with Bobby in May of this year. I’ve lost about 10 pounds and 10% body fat, but more importantly, have gained strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, and improved balance.

Most of you are probably like I was and think you can work out at home or on your own at the gym and achieve the same results as you would with a trainer. I’m here to tell you that no matter your age or fitness level, Bobby will motivate you to perform at a level you could only have dreamed of before. I’m amazed every day at the progress I’m making! Bobby continues to encourage me, especially when workouts have to be adjusted to accommodate various pre-existing back and shoulders problems which have improved tremendously. Every workout session is different, challenging, and fun!!

I have been going to Bobby for about three months and have dropped weight, dress sizes, feel better, and have more energy! I actually like getting up in the morning now. Who knew eating better and exercise would make such a big change. The comments when someone notices the change makes you want to keep going. Bobby is the best trainer I have ever had.
