Omelet- 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1/3 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of bell peppers (variety of color)
1 slice of raisin toast 
1/3 cup of blueberries   
8 oz glass of V-8 juice 

Lunch Menus

3.5 oz chicken breast 
1/2 cup cooked long grain wild rice
1/3 cup of broccoli 
 8 oz glass of water
3.5 oz of talapia
small baked potato
1/2 cup of squash
8 oz glass of green tea
3.5 oz  turkey breast
small sweet potato 
1/2 cup of corn
8 oz glass of water
BLT - 2 slice of Turkey bacon
2 slice of wheat toast
1 piece ofteaspoon of ligh
8 oz. green tea

Dinner Menus

1/2 cup of cooked wheat spaghetti
2 oz ground  turkey 
1/3 cup of zucchini
8 oz glass of water 
4 oz salmon
1/2 cup long grain wild rice
1/2 cup of asparagus
8 oz glass of water
3.5 oz shrimp (grilled)
1/2 cup long grain brown rice
1/2 cup green beans
8 oz glass of water w/ lemon
3.5 oz lean steak
1/2 cup red potatoes
1/3 cup green peas
4 oz glass of red wine
